Q. When can you start?
A. You tell us what day you would like for us to start and if there is an open slot for that day we will be there. If not we will discuss a start date that suits you.
Q. Do you bring your own products?
A. Yes. We bring all of our supplies ready to work.
Q. How long will it take to clean my home?
A. Each service is different and we will discuss with you what you’d like done and how long it will take.
Q. How often do you all come?
A. As often as you all would like for us to come. We can visit you on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, though we also have some clients that are on a Monthly schedule.
Q. What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
A. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If less than 24 hours notice is given you will incur a fee.
Q. Can I get and estimate over the telephone?
A. Yes you can get an estimate over the phone, but remember it is just and estimate and we would need to view your home to give a set price.
Q. Do I have to be home?
A. Most of our clients work and are not at home, but the choice is yours.
